STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Kodeng Bol JAK, Appellant.
ORDER
Kodeng Jak appeals his convictions and sentences, after a jury trial, for one count each of robbery in the first degree, section 569.020 RSMo, and armed criminal action, section 571.015 RSMo, in the Clay County Circuit Court. He raises four points on appeal, arguing that the trial court erred in overruling his motion for a continuance, in excluding him from the trial, and in overruling his motion for a mistrial. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
