STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Shane L. ADAMS, Appellant.
Order
Shane Adams appeals, following a bench trial, convictions of first-degree burglary, § 569.160,1 and first-degree assault, § 565.050, for which the court sentenced him as a persistent felony offender to concurrent terms of twenty years on each count. Adams raises a single point on appeal; he claims that the evidence was insufficient to support his assault conviction. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
