Roy C. JOHNSON, Appellant, v. DIVISION OF EMPLOYMENT SECURITY, Respondent.
Order
Mr. Roy Johnson appeals pro se from two decisions of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission, finding that Mr. Johnson failed to timely file an appeal from a determination of overpayment by fraud and that the overpayment assessment was proper. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have instead provided an unpublished memorandum of law to the parties explaining our ruling. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
