Antonio L. WEBB, Appellant, v. State of Missouri, FAMILY SUPPORT DIVISION OF the MISSOURI DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES, Respondent.
ORDER
Antonio L. Webb appeals from the trial court's judgment dismissing his petition for declaratory judgment against the Missouri Department of Social Services, Family Support Division for failure to state a claim. Webb argues that, in dismissing his petition, the trial court committed error in that it denied Webb the opportunity to avail himself of the statutory procedures to modify a child support order in violation of his right to due process; treated Webb differently than similarly situated persons in violation of his right to equal protection; and denied Webb's motion requesting a writ of habeas corpus ad testificandum to be present at the hearing on the Family Support Division's motion to dismiss. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
