Roy SINDEN, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
Order
Roy Sinden appeals the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief after he was convicted of driving while intoxicated. Sinden contends that his appellate counsel was ineffective for failing to assert on direct appeal that the circuit court erred in overruling his motion to strike the venire panel. Upon review of the briefs and the record, we find no error and affirm the judgment denying post-conviction relief. We have provided the parties with a Memorandum explaining the reasons for our decision because a published opinion would have no precedential value.
AFFIRMED. Rule 84.16(b)
