ORDER

Dexter Carter appeals his conviction for first-degree burglary following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Morgan County. Carter asserts that the trial court erred in refusing to instruct the jury on the lesser included offense of first-degree trespass. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have instead provided a memorandum of law to the parties. Rule 30.25(b).
