ORDER
Jane Doe K.F. as next of friend for K.S., a minor, appeals a Buchanan County Circuit Court summary judgment. Appellant K.F. filed the underlying civil suit asserting that student bullying caused her daughter, K.S., to develop mental health disabilities, after which, she contends, the Respondents mishandled K.S.’s federally mandated services. For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
