Gordon DUNLAP, et ux., Respondents, v. Philip GILL, Appellant.
ORDER
Philip Gill (“Gill”) appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Cass County, entered in favor of Gordon Dunlap 1 and Delora Dunlap (collectively “the Dunlaps”) and against Gill for unlawful detainer granting possession of the property. We affirm pursuant to Rule 84.16 because an opinion would have no precedential value. The parties have been furnished with a memorandum, setting forth the reasons for the order affirming the judgment. Rule 84.16(b).
FOOTNOTES
1. The circuit court showed Gordon Dunlap's name spelled Gordan Dunlap in its caption. We have corrected the spelling for our files and for this Order.
