Perris MONROW, Appellant, v. STATE COMMITTEE OF PSYCHOLOGISTS, Respondent.
ORDER
Dr. Perris Monrow is a state-licensed psychologist. He sought judicial review of a decision of the Administrative Hearing Commission finding cause to discipline his license, and the related decision of the State Committee of Psychologists imposing a three-year term of probation. The Circuit Court of Cole County upheld the agencies’ disciplinary decisions. Dr. Monrow appeals. He argues that the Administrative Hearing Commission's decision finding cause for discipline is unsupported by competent and substantial evidence, and that the State Committee of Psychologists abused its discretion in the level of discipline it imposed. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
