ORDER

Geraldine Stephens and Ronald Brown, along with their minor son, appeal from judgments entered by the Circuit Court of Platte County granting the unlawful detainer claim brought by Palvinder Kaur, Satnam Kaur, and Kaur and Kaur, LLC, and denying Stephens and Brown's claims for relief under the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided the parties an unpublished memorandum setting forth the reasons for the order. Rule 84.16(b).
