Shawn BAILEY, Appellant, v. MISSOURI DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS, Respondent.
Order
Shawn Bailey appeals the grant of judgment on the pleadings in favor of the Missouri Department of Corrections (DOC) on his action seeking a declaration that he is entitled to an additional 159 days of jail-time credit on his twelve-year Taney County sentence. Bailey raises one point on appeal; he claims the circuit court erred in granting judgment on the pleadings in that he is entitled to the additional jail-time credit because the time he served in the Greene County jail and in DOC custody was related to his Taney County offense. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
