Courtney WIGGINS, Appellant, v. Shirley J. BRENNAN, Respondent.
ORDER
Courtney Wiggins (“Wiggins”) appeals a jury verdict in her favor and against Shirley J. Brennan (“Brennan”). In her two points on appeal, Wiggins contends that the trial court erred in overruling her challenges for cause of four venirepersons. After her strikes for cause were overruled, Wiggins used her three peremptory strikes to remove three of these venirepersons, with the remaining venireperson being seated on the jury. Wiggins contends that she was aggrieved by the alleged error because even though she prevailed at trial, the jury failed to fairly assess her damages. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
