James M. LUCKINBILL, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
James Luckinbill appeals from a Pettis County motion court's denial of his Rule 29.15 motion following an evidentiary hearing. Luckinbill asserts that the motion court clearly erred in denying his motion for post-conviction relief, because he received ineffective assistance of counsel. In his sole point, Luckinbill asserts that trial counsel was ineffective in failing to call a witness whose testimony could have supported Luckinbill's defense by establishing that he was defending himself. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
