STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Justin Keith LEWIS, Appellant.
ORDER
Following a jury trial, Justin Keith Lewis was convicted in the Circuit Court of Pettis County of second-degree murder, armed criminal action, and unlawful use of a weapon. Lewis appeals. He challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support his conviction for unlawful use of a weapon under § 571.030.1(4), RSMo 2016. Lewis argues that the evidence was insufficient to prove that he exhibited a weapon, or that he did so in an angry or threatening manner. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 30.25(b)
