ORDER

Kevin Brown appeals the circuit court's grant of summary judgment in favor of the Missouri Department of Corrections and denial of his petition for declaratory judgment. On appeal, Brown alleges the circuit court erred in entering judgment in favor of the Missouri Department of Corrections because Brown is erroneously being required to serve a minimum of eighty percent of his sentence before he is eligible for parole. We affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
