STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Dominic E. PINEDA, Appellant.
ORDER
Dominic Pineda appeals his convictions of attempted distribution of a controlled substance, armed criminal action, and second-degree felony murder following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Platte County. Pineda asserts there was insufficient evidence that the substance he attempted to distribute was a controlled substance, specifically, marijuana. Finding no error, we affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have instead provided a memorandum of law to the parties. Rule 30.25(b).
