STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Corey Nathaniel GRAY, Appellant.
Order
Corey Gray appeals, following a jury trial, his convictions of first-degree statutory sodomy, § 566.062, and first-degree child molestation, § 566.067, for which he was sentenced to consecutive terms of fifteen and five years’ imprisonment, respectively. Gray raises a single claim on appeal; he argues that the trial court erred in overruling his objection and allowing Victim's mother to testify about the change in Victim's behavior before and after the offenses. Gray argues that this testimony invaded the province of the jury, was more prejudicial than probative, improperly bolstered Victim's credibility, and was irrelevant. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
