ORDER

Studio D Productions, LLC appeals a decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission, which determined that, effective January 1, 2012, workers, referred to as “Brand Ambassadors,” performed services for “wages” in “employment” by Studio D within the meaning of those terms as defined in sections 288.034 and 288.036, RSMo 2016. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The decision is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
