ORDER

Dyanna Black appeals the judgment of the Platte County Circuit Court granting Erik Black's motion to prevent her relocation to Berlin, Germany with their youngest child and modifying custody and child support accordingly. She claims on appeal that the trial court misapplied the law and failed to confine its judgment to the relief sought. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
