David THROCKMORTON, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
David Throckmorton appeals the denial, after an evidentiary hearing, of his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief. Therein, Throckmorton alleged he received ineffective assistance of trial counsel because his attorney failed to adequately question two witnesses who would have allegedly exposed inconsistencies in the victim's testimony, and failed to argue in closing Throckmorton's acquittal in Texas of other sexual misconduct charges involving the same victim. We affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
