ORDER

Joy Guglielmino appeals the circuit court's Judgment in favor of APM 5 LLC (“APM”) after a trial on APM's First Amended Petition for Unlawful Detainer against Guglielmino which orders Guglielmino to relinquish premises unlawfully detained, pay damages in the amount of $38,000, and pay damages at the rate of $6,000 per month until the premises are restored to APM. We affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
