Bradley ISE, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Platte County, Bradley Ise was convicted of two counts of first-degree property damage, one count of second-degree assault, one count of leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accident, and one count of driving while revoked. After we affirmed his convictions on direct appeal, Ise filed a motion for post-conviction relief pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 29.15. The circuit court denied Ise's motion following an evidentiary hearing. Ise appeals. He claims that his trial counsel provided ineffective assistance in two respects: first, by failing to impeach a prosecution witness with a particular prior inconsistent statement; and second, by failing to file a motion in limine to limit the information the prosecution could elicit regarding his prior convictions (which, if granted, would purportedly have persuaded Ise to testify in his own defense). We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
