STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Teresa Dawn Colby WETER, Appellant.
Order
Teresa Dawn Colby Weter 1 appeals, following a bench trial, her conviction of the class A felony of first-degree robbery, § 569.020, the class A felony of first-degree assault, § 565.050, and the class B felony of kidnapping, § 565.110, for which she received three twelve-year sentences to run concurrently. Teresa raises a single claim on appeal; she argues that the trial court abused its discretion in overruling defense counsel's objections to testimony about a prior, uncharged burglary. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
