Miguel MCINTOSH, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Miguel McIntosh appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Jackson County denying his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief. McIntosh was convicted of statutory sodomy in the first degree and child molestation in the first degree. McIntosh alleged in his Rule 29.15 motion that his trial counsel was ineffective for failing to present mitigation evidence at his sentencing hearing through the admission of certain expert testimony and medical records relating to his mental health. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
