ORDER
Michael Baker (“Baker”) appealed from the Deputy of the Division of Employment Security's (“Division”) determination that Baker received $3,634.18 in overpaid benefits to the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (“Commission”). The Commission found Baker's appeal to be untimely filed and dismissed the appeal. Baker now appeals the Commission's dismissal. For reasons explained more fully in a memorandum provided to the parties, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
