STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Lorenzo RUIZ-MERLOS, Appellant.
Order
Mr. Lorenzo Ruiz-Merlos appeals his convictions and sentences following a trial by jury in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, for one count of first-degree domestic assault and one count of armed criminal action. On appeal, Mr. Ruiz-Merlos argues the trial court committed discovery and evidentiary errors requiring reversal. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have instead provided the parties an unpublished memorandum of law explaining our ruling. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
