ORDER
Adam Russo appeals the circuit court's judgment sustaining the decision of the Director of Revenue to revoke his driver's license for one year for refusing to submit to a chemical test. Upon review of the briefs and the record, we find no error and affirm the judgment. We have provided the parties with a Memorandum explaining the reasons for our decision pursuant to Rule 84.16(b).
