Robin Ramey appeals the decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission dismissing as untimely his application for review of an award denying him workers’ compensation benefits. Ramey raises one point on appeal; he argues that the Commission erred in dismissing his application because neither Ramey nor his counsel received sufficient notice of the underlying award. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
