Andrew FLORETTA, Appellant, v. MISSOURI DEPARTMENT OF CORRECTIONS, Respondent.
Order
Andrew Floretta appeals the grant of a motion for judgment on the pleadings in favor of the Missouri Department of Corrections in his declaratory judgment action seeking to have jail-time credit from time he spent in federal prison applied to the sentence he is serving for a Missouri conviction. Floretta brings one point on appeal; he argues that the trial court erred in finding that the time he served on the federal charge was not related to the underlying charge for his current sentence. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
