STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Denico Sanchez CRAWLEY, Appellant.
ORDER
Denico Crawley appeals his convictions, following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Boone County, Missouri, of murder in the second degree, unlawful use of a weapon, and two counts of armed criminal action. He raises five points on appeal challenging the admission of statements made by the victim to three witnesses. Specifically, he contends that the statements did not fall within an exception to the hearsay rule in that they were neither excited utterances nor dying declarations; and that admission of the statements to two police officers violated the Confrontation Clause of the United States Constitution. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reasons for the decision has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
