STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Michael C. DAVIS, Appellant.
ORDER
Appellant Michael Davis appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court of Bates County, Missouri convicting him of two felony counts of forcible sodomy, section 566.060, and two misdemeanor counts of sexual misconduct, section 566.101, following a jury trial. Davis contends that the circuit court erred by not sua sponte declaring a mistrial or issuing a curative instruction following testimony that he abused and mistreated a developmentally disabled man in his care. For reasons explained more fully in a memorandum provided to the parties, we affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
