ORDER

Jose Fuentes appeals the decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission in which it determined that the Second Injury Fund was not liable for permanent total disability benefits. Fuentes argues that the Commission's decision is not supported by sufficient competent evidence and is against the weight of the evidence. Because a published opinion would have no precedential import, we have provided the parties with an unpublished memorandum of law. We affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
