ORDER

Following a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Vicente Roldan-Marron was convicted of first-degree murder and armed criminal action. Roldan-Marron appeals. He argues that the circuit court abused its discretion when it admitted evidence that he was performing a sexual act involving the deceased victim’s naked body when the police arrested him, and that the victim’s body had been mutilated. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 30.25(b).
