STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Joshua P. RANDOLPH, Appellant.
Order
Joshua Randolph appeals his convictions and sentences for second-degree murder, unlawful use of a weapon, first-degree assault, and three counts of armed criminal action. Upon review of the briefs and the record, we find no error and affirm the judgment of conviction. We have provided the parties with a Memorandum explaining the reason for our decision, because a published opinion would serve no jurisprudential purpose.
AFFIRMED. Rule 30.25(b).
