Eddie A. BOYD, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Eddie Boyd appeals from the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief after an evidentiary hearing. Boyd argues that the motion court clearly erred in denying his motion because trial counsel provided ineffective assistance of counsel when counsel referenced probation officers while cross-examining a victim witness. Boyd asserts that the reference informed the jury that Boyd was on probation and had prior convictions. Boyd also argues that trial counsel provided ineffective assistance of counsel because counsel failed to obtain jail-call recordings that purportedly showed that the Victim fabricated portions of her statements to the police. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
