ORDER

Appellant Frank Roby appeals the circuit court’s denial of his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief. He asserts one point on appeal, claiming the court erred in not finding counsel ineffective for failing to investigate and call a witness who would have supported an alibi defense. We affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
