Troy KRAUSE, Appellant, v. DIRECTOR OF REVENUE, Respondent.
ORDER
Troy Krause appeals from the judgment of the circuit court sustaining the decision of the Director of Revenue to suspend his driving privilege for driving with a blood-alcohol content above the legal limit. Krause argues that the machine that the police officer used to analyze his breath had not been subjected to proper maintenance and reporting as required by the state regulations. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential import, we have provided the parties with an unpublished memorandum of law. Rule 84.16(b).
