Mr. Zakary Mergy appeals, following a Platte County jury trial, a felony conviction for first-degree murder, § 565.020, and one count of armed criminal action (ACA), § 571.015. For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, we affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
