STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Eddie Bruce LINZIE, Appellant.
ORDER
Eddie Linzie appeals his convictions, following a jury trial, for assault in the first degree and armed criminal action. He contends that the trial court plainly erred in admitting the testimony of a police department employee that she was familiar with him, having seen him in and around the police station numerous times. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reasons for this decision is provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
