Darrell M. KIND-SUMMERS, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
ORDER
Darrell Kind-Summers pleaded guilty in the Circuit Court of Jackson County to the class B felony of distribution and manufacture of a controlled substance, robbery in the first degree, and armed criminal action. Kind-Summers filed a motion for post-conviction relief under Supreme Court Rule 24.035. The circuit court denied relief following an evidentiary hearing. Kind-Summers appeals. He argues that his plea counsel was ineffective for failing to adduce evidence during his sentencing that two women who visited the victims’ home before Kind-Summers’ guilty plea, and asked the victims to forgive Kind-Summers, were not sent by him and acted without his knowledge. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
