ORDER

Paul Rollen appeals the grant of Kenny Jones and the Missouri Board of Probation and Parole's motion for judgment on the pleadings in his declaratory judgment action. He claims that the trial court misapplied the law in entering judgment in favor of the Board. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum explaining the reasons for the decision has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
