WOODRIDGE HOMES ASSOCIATION, Appellant, v. William L. STEELE and Vicki J. Steele, Respondents.
ORDER
Woodridge Homes Association (“Woodridge”) filed suit against William and Vicki Steele (collectively, “the Steeles”) in the Circuit Court of Buchanan County, alleging that the Steeles built a structure on their property in violation of Woodridge's Declaration of Restrictions. After a bench trial, the trial court denied Woodridge's claims for injunctive relief, attorney's fees, and costs. Woodridge appeals from that judgment. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided the parties an unpublished memorandum setting forth the reasons for the order. Rule 84.16(b).
