ORDER

Trina Berning appeals the denial of her Rule 29.15 motion after evidentiary hearing. She claims in one point on appeal that her counsel was ineffective in advising her to not confess her guilt during sentencing. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
