DEPARTMENT OF INSURANCE; Chlora Lindley-Myers, Receiver, Respondent; Risk Retention Service Corporation, A.B. Carter, Inc., Association Groups of America, Inc., BIC Premium Finance Corporation and Atlantic General Insurance Company, Respondents, v. BEL-AIRE CO et al.; Arthur A. Blumeyer, III, Appellant.
ORDER
Arthur A. Blumeyer, III appeals the judgment of the Cole County Circuit Court finding that the court lacked jurisdiction to consider Blumeyer's motions. In his sole point on appeal, Blumeyer claims the court erred because it did have jurisdiction. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties. The judgment is affirmed. Rule 84.16(b).
