Angela GREEN, Appellant, v. MISSOURI GAMING COMMISSION and Division of Employment Security, Respondents.
Order
Angela Green appeals the decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (“the Commission”) disqualifying her from receiving waiting week credits and employment security benefits after it found she was discharged from her position with the Missouri Gaming Commission (“Employer”) for misconduct connected with her work. On appeal, Green contends the Commission erred in determining that she was discharged for misconduct because Employer failed to demonstrate that Green violated one of Employer’s policies by sleeping during work hours. For reasons explained in a Memorandum provided to the parties, we find no error and affirm the decision of the Commission.
AFFIRMED. Rule 84.16(b)
