STATE of Missouri, Respondent, v. Christopher James GORDON, Appellant.
ORDER
Christopher Gordon appeals from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Callaway County convicting him of driving while intoxicated following a bench trial. He raises two Points on appeal. First, Gordon argues that there was insufficient evidence that he drove the motor vehicle which was located near where he was found. Second, he argues that there was insufficient evidence to establish that he was intoxicated while driving. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provided an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 30.25(b).
