Eddie ROSS, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.
Order
Eddie Ross appeals from the judgment denying his Rule 29.15 motion after he was convicted of first-degree robbery and the conviction was affirmed on appeal. Ross contends he was entitled to post-conviction relief because his appellate counsel was ineffective in failing to raise a claim of error regarding the admission of evidence related to a high-speed car chase that occurred after the robbery. For reasons explained in a Memorandum provided to parties, we find no error and affirm the judgment.
AFFIRMED. Rule 84.16(b).
