Joshua HAWKINS, Appellant, v. Owen FORCK, Respondent.
ORDER
Joshua Hawkins sued his co-employee Owen Forck in the Circuit Court of Jackson County, for personal injuries Hawkins sustained in February 2012, while both men were working for their employer IodiTech, Inc. Hawkins and Forck entered into a settlement agreement pursuant to § 537.065, RSMo. IodiTech’s insurer, Star Insurance Company, was thereafter permitted to intervene. The circuit court granted Star’s motion for summary judgment, finding that Forck was not subject to personal liability for his alleged negligence while acting as Hawkins’ co-employee. Hawkins appeals. We affirm. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, we have provide an unpublished memorandum to the parties which sets forth the reasons for this order. Rule 84.16(b).
