ORDER

Mr. Timothy P. Williams, appeals a Labor and Industrial Relations Commission, dismissal of his appeal from a Division of Employment Security determination that Mr. Williams was disqualified from receiving unemployment benefits during a period of disqualification. For reasons stated in the memorandum provided to the parties, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
