Order

James Lewis appeals from the trial court's judgment affirming the Director of Revenue's revocation of Lewis's driver's license for refusing a chemical breath test. On appeal, Lewis argues that the trial court erroneously applied the law in upholding the revocation insofar as Director's evidence did not establish that Lewis had been arrested at the time he refused the breath test. Finding no error, we affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
